1. Program Overview


SMS Opt-in is an SMS messaging service provided by Peter Escaross Office (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Subscribers receive periodic text messages that may include appointment reminders, promotional offers, product and service updates, security notifications, and other informational content. Participation is voluntary and not a condition of purchase.


2. Opt-In Procedures


You may enroll in the service by:

Completing the SMS consent form at this website

Checking the SMS consent box during account registration or checkout

Texting START (or another published keyword) to the shortcode

By opting in, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and agree to receive the messages described above.


3. Opt-Out Instructions


You may unsubscribe at any time by texting STOP to the messaging number. After your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive further texts.


4. Re-Enrollment Instructions


If you unsubscribe and later wish to resume messages, simply opt in again using any method listed in Section 2. Message delivery will recommence once your enrollment is confirmed.

6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer


Wireless carriers do not guarantee message delivery and are not liable for delayed or undelivered texts.

Standard message and data rates may apply to inbound and outbound messages. Frequency varies and may increase based on your interactions. Contact your carrier for details.

11. Modifications


We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Revisions take effect upon posting. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
